The annoying thing about Ymir
Post Body

is that in theory I love that shit. The idea that it was love that tormented her is right up my alley, it's a metaphor for working through your grief, abandonment, and letting go. And while you're doing it that's exactly what it feels like, bonds and ties you wish to break but ultimately cannot and they keep you stuck.

But in the manga it's dealt with like an afterthought, it should have been cathartic and it wasn't. There were many good ideas in this ending, but the execution didn't do most of them justice
