Hi, I’m looking for a recommendation for an independent group of therapists (and/or independent therapist) in San Jose. I currently have Kaiser healthcare, but they’ve been less than enjoyable to work with for mental health services. I am okay to pay OOP.

I would prefer a female therapist that I could see in person. My last therapist was an LCSW that had previously worked with children and adolescents and I really enjoyed her approach to adult therapy compared to others I experienced.

Any help and/or recommendations would be totally appreciated!
