I do not want to disclose where I live but I want to hear if this sounds like what to expect when renting an apartment.

The complex I live has a front office, yet they can only be reached by telephone or email and no one seems to answer the door when knocked. Apparently, there is a new policy that the front desk staff can only be reached by appointment only. Also, when I try to call the front desk, it always goes to voice mail.

I have a package that was delivered and cannot seem to get a hold of someone.

Does this seem reasonable and does this activity occur at other properties as well?

Thanks.
