Does anyone want my dirt?

I am digging out a trench for a retaining wall. I originally planned to just backfill with the dirt I dug up. Turns out there is way too much of it. Would anyone want it? Maybe you have a hole to fill in? I'd hate to pay the dump to process it. It's not topsoil, its dirt from about 1-2 feet down. Looks clayish to me.

Also, I'm not done digging. I stopped before I had a giant mound and didn't know what to do with it. So, you'd have to wait and couldn't get it immediately. I'd guess that I have 1-2 pickup truck beds worth.
