Hey y'all,
It's been a great year for this sub. 12 months ago we had around 30,000 subscribers. Since then we've grown by around 16,000 people.
That's a solid increase and we've really jumped from being a small alternative subreddit to the main event for people looking for a San Diego centric community. I believe this place has really hit its stride and it's because of all of you participating, hanging out, and making friends with each other.
Things I would like to do in 2023:
- I'd like to organize small meetups around North Park.
- I'd like to find ways to promote local businesses and musicians.
Some stuff about me:
I'm the top moderator here. I'm an attorney and I run an IP shop with my brothers. I love working with startups and artists. I have a newsletter and Podcast called Legalish.
I'm always looking for more trademark work and I'm friendly. I will sit down with anyone over a cup of coffee and talk about whatever your ideas are. I also have 3 little kids, I coach soccer, and I love to play beach volleyball. I'm currently visiting Mammoth and it's raining so I got some time.
Ask me anything.
