Any interest in a sticky thread for buying/selling/renting around the county?

Housing in Southern California has always been wild for one reason or another. I figured it might be helpful to have a sticky thread, at least in spring, for people trying to buy/sell/rent around town.
Agents, finance people, etc. would be welcome to participate. They can self promote while helping people out in the thread.
People could post their goals and what they want to accomplish and get advice.
But if no one wants that then obviously we don’t have to do it.
Thoughts? Things we should add?
