Youtube App comments/ ratings on Dex issues

Im trying to use the YouTube App on Dex, IT works fine until I want to comment. I'm currently watching a Live Stream. When I first clicked the video, the Live Stream chats came up. I could comment and everything, but I couldn't see the video. Then when I clicked out of it, there was no button to get back to the chat. and under the video there was not even a description or ratings option. It also seems as if when I click out of the video and click back in the chat comes up but it doesnt seem to update. Its a popular live stream so it should have more chats.

Has anyone had this issue? Any help?
