Hi folks. I'm just starting to troubleshoot by coming here. Hope to recieve some advice or get pointed in the right direction. Long story short:

Connected my S23 Ultra wirelessly to MS Surface Pro 8 for the first time (in at least a year). It did not perform well: within the Dex window, the graphics were barely visible and very fuzzy. I thought it was odd so I just disconnected, carried on with using Windows Phone Link instead (been using it flawlessly for over a year).

20 - 30 minutes later, my laptop's screen went berzerk (see link). A quick power button push, hardly enough time to put it to sleep but enough time to have to reenter credentials, and the screen is fixed. However, it continues to do this sporadically (at the 7th or 8th time since last evening).

Any advice?

Add on - I actually just cast my screen using Phone Link and the very same display errors as when using Dex occured. So I may not be in the correct forum, but still hoping for any input.
