Round Robin is another way to count Ranked Choice Votes based on a round robin tournament. A problem with the Instant Runoff counting method is that sometimes a viable candidate can get eliminated prematurely. Round Robin deals with this problem by simulating a 1v1 match between each candidate (a round robin). Who ever wins the most of these 1v1 matches wins. To solve ties with 3 or more people, it picks the person who one the highest percentage of point wins from all their matches. To solve ties with only 2 people, it picks the winner of the 1v1 match of those two people.
