I have moved back-and-forth from Indiana to Florida back up to Illinois and now currently living in Florida.

Pros. It’s pretty here. The sky palm trees make for a nice aesthetically pleasing place.

The ocean, we love the ocean so much and there is nothing like a real beach compared to the Midwest Lake Michigan

Cons. Overcrowded, terrible traffic. Bugs gators sharks

Something really getting me thinking about leaving lately is the heat. It’s hot all year besides like 2/3 months. I miss fall so much and it being cold and snowy on Christmas has a certain coziness to it that I’m missing here.

We have lived here two years and struggling to make it feel like “home” as all of our family is in the Midwest. I don’t want to leave a second time and have regrets but I miss the season. I miss that element of “change” you get in October when the air gets crisp and you can open your windows and need a jacket outside

This never ending summer vacation is cool and all but not sure it’s for me anymore
