Are there places like Fire Island Pines or Ptown that are “alive” year-round?

I love the small walkable community vibe of towns like Ptown or the Pines, where it just feels like one big queer celebration/party 24/7. However, I know these particular examples empty out after September. Are there places in the US that have a similar feel/vibe even in the colder months?
