Post Body

Recently inherited this guy, it had blackening on its tips when I got it but it’s only getting worse and now has spread to the new growth.

It’s potted in a heavy rich soil and the perlite you see is only on the surface. Temperature today was 22.5-31.6 Celsius and 60-80 percent humidity. It doesn’t get any direct sunlight and soil is usually quite wet. I added liquid fertiliser to the soil a few days ago.

I guess what I’m asking is, 1. Is it worth attempting to repot it into a lighter soil. 2. Is the high heat contributing to its fuckedness. 3. should I move it inside to slightly cooler conditions (I currently have no “grow lights” but many rooms with indirect natural lighting. 4. any ideas how to remedy “nutrient burn”, if that’s contributing

Thanks in advance for any help :)
