I haven't done Salvia for nearly two decades now but looking back I wish I had done the traditional oral method and that I had treated it with more respect and reverence.

Yes I had some wild ass trips (Lol wouldn't change them for the world).

Had a freak out when I couldn't stop laughing one time and thought I was gonna die in the process Lol

Experienced the time dilation were I had lived life times upon life times (10-15 minutes in reality) in a different realm. That one was shattering to realize how much different time can be experienced.

With some experiences I was able to see how the surroundings around me had formed the mysterious realms and constructions of mind I went to.

Almost put my bare open eyed face into a spiderweb in a corner of a concrete building surrounded by other concrete due to a trip Lol

Lots of drooling.

But there were powerful realizations around existence in those journeys.

You realize how small chemical changes creates whole new realities of experience and how we and everything else is all chemical reactions.

The difference in perspectives also opens up a realm of different paradigms one can experience when it comes to mental constructions.

All in all you understand as you get older how this stuff definitely is shamanistic and could be a powerful tool in ones journey of understanding this profound crazy life.

Anyway I miss the stuff. Maybe I'll grow some sometime and do the traditional methods with a bit more reverence.

Will still probably drool ...
