Can you make a Salvia vape cartridge?

Has anyone heard of or tried this? We have DMT and THC vapes but not salvia. Most Salvia that is smoked is concentrated salvanorin on plant material, so why not just put that concentrate in an oil and vape it? You can chew fresh leaf so it shouldn't need to hit a certain temp to be active like THC. I feel like I saw somewhere that salvanorin is water soluble, is that the problem?

I do not wish to purchase this please don't try to sell me anything. Purely asking if this is possible and if not what is stopping it.
