Early February WARM WEATHER Salt Water Fly Fishing Destination?

Long time lurker, first time poster!
Long story short, wedding anniversary and looking to go do some SWFF for the first time. Live in the RM West so used to trout fishing so this is all new!
Bonus points for wife being able to wade or fish with me in a bikini or at least lay on the beach for a day 😏
So, what destination(s) do you recommend!?
