Blue Chromis wont eat, swims in circles like a crackhead. Is it a parasite?

We have a Blue Chromis that wont eat, no visible signs of ich or any other parasite. He just swims in tight circles like a crackhead. Have removed him from the tank and put him in the sump to separate him from the other fish and tried feeding him, he still wont eat.
Is this a parasite problem? Has anyone run into a similar issue before?
