Looking to make a trip to the liquor store today for some vodka wine to cook with. Looking for a decent dry white as well as a dry red.
Recipes always tell you that, when choosing a wine for cooking, to choose one you will drink, as well. But....i never had much of a taste for wine, and haven't drunk in over 3 years. Just need some to cook with. The more specific you get in this case, the better. Thanks!
