Post Body

I just graduated from a school in LA and took a job based out of Lehi. I need to move in January, but I'm having a hard time figuring out the best areas to live in. I would like to be in a safe area with younger people that has good restaurant, shopping, dining, gyms, grocery stores. Don't usually go out for a drink during workdays, but would love to be closer to activities/city life during weekends. Have heard about Lehi being a suburb with not a lot to do and mainly families, wanted to ask which area would be the best to live if I want to do 25min max commute by driving to Lehi. Thanks!!!

Update: SugarHouse still feels like a long commute to me, I'm not sure how the traffic from SugarHouse - Lehi in the morning and Lehi - SugarHouse in the afternoon after work look like. Any advice on Cottonwood heights, Holladay, Murray?

Honestly, go downtown SLC. You’ll have a commute, but the lifestyle is worth not living in a ‘suburb’ or Utah county. Utah county is great for families, IMO.
