High School Track Schedule in the Summer

Hi all,
I'm a Utah transplant (from Texas). I've been looking for a quality outdoor track nearby South Jordan to train this summer that is open to the public. The high schools I have visited after school hours lock the gates and restrict access. Does anyone know if this is the case during the summer months as well? I like Herriman High because I can use the bleachers beside the track. Any information would be appreciated.
