Heading into SLC solo in a few weeks to ski for a week and check out the area. Trying to keep it simple when it comes to food this trip because my itinerary is pretty filled with a lot of early and active days. I feel best on just like steak, seafood, eggs, fruit, and basically zero grains, starches, veggies, sugars or anything super oily/overly saucy. I'll only be in Park City one day but seems like everywhere there is pretty high end/upscale. I did find a place near my hotel in Holladay called Bandits that def fits the bill for dinners and I'll prob def eat there the nights I'm skiing in the morning but also would like to try a few other places when I'm exploring downtown and what not. Not really worried about price as much as just keeping it simple, I don't need all the fancy sides/pairings and what not that you see on the menus at some of the more upscale steakhouses. I'm also good with bunless burgers with bacon/egg/avocado but I have a lot of that at home so steak on vacation would be ideal!
