I'm going to go on a picnic with my gf and was planning to bring soft shell chicken tacos with a pineapple salsa/pico de gallo. Everything would be packed separately. However, I'm not sure which style I should go for.
My ingredients so far are pineapple (roasted), cilantro, tomatoes (roasted), garlic (roasted), and lime juice. Thinking about using red onions but not sure if I should roast it too.
Should I blend most of it together to make it more liquid or keep it like a pico de gallo and just chop everything up?
