Hello! I come to this subreddit looking for help since I don't know who to ask or where to start looking.

I am a hairdresser specialized in fantasy color. In my country there are not many professionals specialized in this and the classic salons almost never give you much freedom for your type of work.

I found a person who gives me a chair so I can work in my own way with my clients with complete freedom. It is a tiny nail salon and she provides the chair, water and electricity. I provide all the products, materials and tools, in addition to paying my own insurance. We talked about giving a percentage according to what I earn each month since we do not know with certainty the volume of clients I will have. Also that's not a common way to work here. No one rents chair, that's something we just talked between us so I can't compare prices.

I would like to know your opinion as professionals, what percentage should I accept or offer? Can you think of any other better ideas?
