Time in between session?

What’s most peoples opinions about how long to wait in between sessions and why? I’ve read couple months is a good idea. For recovery purposes.

I couldn’t wait longer than 2 weeks for my second session 😂 I did notice a bit more sweating on the sac the second time around, felt a lot more stretch and tightness which I loved and think I’ve reached my current limit of 1L. I’m moisturising and stretching in between sessions also, with rest days, good diet, and listening to my body if any discomfort. But curious as to what’s the general protocol with how long to wait and recover before going again.
