Whoever's car got hit with a ball or something from a car in traffic....you good?

I don't want to assume it's some prank or whatever but I also don't want to call the cops on your behalf in case it's nothing. I have most of the license plate, if that's helpful.
Driver got out of the car at the stop light at Essex and Hawthorne going toward the common, threw something at the parked cars drivers window (ping pong ball?), and then poured water on the parked cars driver as he ran up, and then sped off.
