Relief plant supervisor position

Hey I was offered a job with the job title above. In Orlando Florida. I will Graduate in a month with an engineering degree. They offered me 55,000 a year. Which is in my opinion very low. The wage is non negotiable, after 6 months, once I get assigned to a specific plant, there would be a slight wage adjustment. As little as dollar and a few cents. What do you guys think ?
