Salary & Income Critique - Engineer
Post Body
Like many, I’ve feeling a bit squeezed given the economic state of things in the US and I thinking about making a career change to boost my income. I’m working as an applications engineer in central NJ making $120000 in salary with 14% percent potential bonus. BS in mechanical engineering that graduated in 2016. How do I compare with those in my cohort?
Comments
ChemE, 2017 grad. Petrochemical sales, 146 9%bonus. 8% 401k and a pension. Remote in Michigan now. Was in Houston for 4 years in the office first.
