43 M - Medtech Sales Leadership - Still beat myself up for not having a “big” year or an exit

Post Body

In medtech sales and left the big med device companies to get into startups in 2019. Despite having a great life, gradual path up and done some big things professionally, I am constantly upset with myself for not making more out of my career - i.e. those "big comp years" or a startup exit. Trying to get better about acceptance and expectations, but everything becomes relative. Work my a$$ off, but it feels like there is so much luck involved for that next level.
