Heavensake Junmai 12

Absolutely lovely. A lot of fruit but a really clean mineral finish. A lot fuller and you can definitely tell it’s a junmai, but honestly it’s head and shoulders above most others.
It’s a neat little collab between Regis Camus and Konishi. They have a daiginjo I want to splurge on but this was a nice entry point to see how good it is. Given the junmai is this tasty, I can’t wait to try the next level.
