Hey team, I'm out in San Diego and looking for an entry level position into Safety. I was a WHS specialist for one year and a Head Start Safety Specialist for a nonprofit for a couple months and suffered and unfortunate termination. I want to work in Safety because it's something that I'm passionate about. Maybe I need help or guidance. What's a certificate that might be within reach if I'm working minimum wage in the mean time? I'm also finishing up my Master of Public Health in Environmental Health.
So I was WHS Specialist at Amazon Logistics And Head Safety Specialist at the neighborhood House Association in San Diego,CA
While at Amazon and NHA I got CPR certified but at Amazon I think I got OSHA 10, hazardous spill response, DOT Hazardous Material Shipper, and some RCRA certifications.
I can get my REHS as well once i have my Mph
