Winchester ts26-45 keypad not working

The bottom 3 button on the keypad aren’t working, it doesn’t beep or anything whether I click or hold them, all the other buttons seem to be working fine but I’m unable to get in because my password has a 0 in it
I’ve already tried putting a fresh Duracell and a fresh energizer battery in but it doesn’t fix it, I have another safe that’s exactly the same right next to it and the batteries work just fine in that one
Does anybody know what I should do or where I can get a replacement keypad
