Upgrade to v2?? Help me!!

I bought some sfm on an exchange and some on bnb smartchain pancakeswap and have it on trust wallet
I kinda stopped paying attention after, Do i need to do anything for V2? I’m not sure what v2 is all about and if I need to do anything to convert any or just leave as is Any guidance or info will be appreciated
Edit: what’s the easiest way without losing my tokens? Especially ones on trust wallet bought from pancake swap? Do the ones on exchange change by themselves or do I need to change them myself?
