I've never been much of a singer but decided to bite the bullet and sign up for singing lessons at my big age.
I had my first lesson yesterday. As I was warming up, my teacher tried to figure out which artist I sound most like so I can practice their songs.
When he said SADE, I wanted to cry! I was like "oh my god, I feel like you've paid me the highest compliment!" He picked 3 songs total for me to practice in the coming weeks: "Your Love Is King," "Smooth Operator," "At Last" by Etta James, and I chose "Saved The World Today" by Eurythmics.
Can you guys recommend another Sade song I could practice once I get these 4 under my belt? Thank you! 🙏
