I'm looking for a hair salon in the Citrus Heights/Fair Oaks/Orangevale/Folsom/Roseville area that specializes in bleaching and toning hair to make it white, and also colors like purple or green, galaxy hair colors specifically, but that's not too expensive.

I'm not trying to go right now obviously because of covid, but I'm looking to find a new hair dresser locally. My hair dresser moved to foresthill, so I want to find someone closer to me that specializes in what i'm looking for. Normally we bleach/tone my hair white, but lately it's been coming out yellow, so I'd like to find someone that knows what they're doing.
