Thanks for checking out.
I needed a reality check that could clarify that I'm building a product that solves real problems, not a problem that only exists in my head.
Problem: Modern customer support chat is too big, bloated, and has dozens of features that don't add value to small teams. Using customer support chat is expected by customers, but it makes the workflow messy as you have to switch between Slack and customer support chat all the time.
Ideal Customer Profile: Small teams do not have a dedicated CS person. Teams with relatively low unit sales but high value per transaction.
Product Features:
- Send customer inquiries directly into Slack, you can answer without leaving Slack.
- Tracks where the customer comes from (referrer), helping the sales process.
We are at the stage where we are figuring out whether we develop more or pivot out.
Every feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
