Poverty, overpopulation, urban sprawl that sucks the life out of citizens.
No sentient can claim to be free if they live in a cage, yet the durocrete walls of the urban Sprawls across the galaxy leave many without sun, rain, or spirit. No future but to drudge through Durocrate halls under neon advertisements in what might as well be a prison.
In war zones many stare at destroyed homes and businesses with nowhere left to go, and the chance to rebuild made impossible due to unexploded munitions and dangerous chemicals
In POW camps, many who's futures were forced warfare, now sit with nowhere to go upon release.
In New Republic Military centers, many are left returning to homes that they can no longer feel at home in, looking for a change to leave all their troubles behind.
It's time for a new Frontier.
Across the galaxy there are thousands of perfectly inhabitable worlds, worlds with biomes perfect for life, or easily modifiable to be, yet they have populations in the thousands despite being able to sustain billions in health and ecological harmony.
Project New Frontiers is a plan to fix that. Building new, sustainable, eco-friendly, cities and factories in under-developed regions. These cities will include all essential industries to thrive, even if cut off from the wider Republic, as well as industries for export. The essential industries, following the Morlani model, will be majority owned by people living on that planet.
Following the example of Plazir-15, these cities will also be populated by retired droid soldiers seeking a civilian life.
Already many planets have volunteered for the program, and many businesses in the CSA are looking to take part and invest in the project in exchange for minority shares in the businesses on these worlds.
Agamar is one such world in the program. The continent "Nimas Ered Mithrin" Is virtually uninhabited. The plan is for four new modern cities to be built, linked and to the existing Calna Muun by rail. These eco-friendly cities will not take up much of a footprint and are designed around their local environment by experts on Agamar,
They will allow eight million new residents to settle over a twenty year period, with plans in place for another eight million over the next forty years. The cities and their exports are expected to turn a profit for investors after the first ten years,
And that is just one world of many, with the project dedicated to also terraforming uninhabitable worlds to be compatible for life and settling them as a completely fresh start!
Project New Frontiers is proud to partner with Bright Star Line, allowing cheap one-way fares for those who qualify for the program.
Applicants for the program are based not on levels of education or wealth, but instead on personal traits, the drive for success, harmony with others, ability to cooperate, willingness to learn, willingness to work hard.
Being in the new Frontiers program is not easy, helping build new cities and settle the wilds is not something for everyone, but there's a new Frontier out there for those who seek a new life on the Outer Rim!
If your planet is interested in joining the program. Please contact the Free Frontiers Company (FFC) for more information.
[This is a mostly Free Sectors Faction plan, but not exclusively. Still, FSF candidates have been advertising it on many underdeveloped worlds in the FSF. It is also run by an FSF leaning board, with military support and protection from the RRR and most development investments coming from FSF supporting businesses]
