All of it is done in the name and with the face of Senator of Kuat, and his face is plastered on soup kitchens, land plots for homeless encampments, and clothing drives. The agents are also directed to spread anti corporate propoganda, centered around the notion that the republic and the children can provide for their people without the need for corporate greed.

Lastly the point is stressed that the Children of the Republic seeks to establish the republic military with opportunities and well paying commissions for recruits.

All of this is done in the service of attaching the Children of the Republic, and specifically the senator of Kuat, to the very concept of mutual aid and generosity.
