In order to guide the economic development of Transcaucasia, we have decided to pursue the creation of the Transcaucasian Supreme Economic Council. This organization will collaborate with Republic level authorities on projects relating to the nation's economic and socio-economic development. The council will include representatives of all major ethnicities and the Unity Front. It will oversee a few major projects that will bring our Union closer together and towards economic fulfillment.

• Overseeing State Enterprises

• Overseeing the establishment of Polytechnic institutes in all languages to drive up technical acumen

• Overseeing the 5-year planning process

• Overseeing the Central Bank

• Overseeing foreign investment

• Overseeing market regulations

• Sponsoring All Transcaucasian infrastructure initiatives

• Reducing unemployment through state programmes

• Overseeing international bond issues and borrowing

• Management of Federally owned property

• Drafting the Federal budget

• Advising the Upper and Lower chambers of the assembly on critical economic issues

• Pursuing an active role in indigenization and sponsoring domestic innovation and progress

• Overseeing the formation of the Transcaucasian Labour Front, a national union which will join all trade unions into one collective organization able to bargain with any industry

• Ensuring that the people come before the interests of private industry

• Overseeing all state industry
