With Bolshevik threats developing across the region, Czechoslovakia has felt it necessary to invite the leaders of Yugoslavia, Romania and Bulgaria to a summit in Brno. Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia and Romania have found themselves with newfound power in Europe. All three nations have fought together to counter Bolshevik threats in the last year. Bulgaria, though they fought against the entente in the great war, has recently won a civil war against communists and a strong Bulgaria committed to the little entente would help strengthen the alliance. The alliance will be mostly centred around mutual defence but typically around three main principles:
Opposition to German, Hungarian or Austrian revanchism
Opposition to the restoration of the Habsburgs
Countering Bolsheviks or any other threats that compromise stability in the region
Future commitments to economic and international political cooperation would, of course, be acceptable in the future but in the current unstable regional environment, it would be unwise to enter too many hard economic arrangements.
