Greetings from Bulgaria,

As I am sure the news has reached you so far, Bulgarian stability has reached a crisis point. We have imprisoned Tsar Boris, and the two major opposition parties have declared a radical socialist republic to oppose the legitimate government of Bulgaria. Under the Armistice of Salonica, the Bulgarian Army is disbanded until further notice and peace talks progress. With this existential threat to the Bulgarian state, we have been forced to mobilize as many forces loyal to us as we can, to preserve our state. With regard to these extenuating circumstances, I would ask that you lend us your aid in fighting the communist menace in Bulgaria, because if Sofia falls, who knows where the next domino will fall. The assistance of the peacekeeping French divisions would be most appreciated, and as I am sure you do not need to be reminded, I cannot speak to the rationality and ability to reason with my orange counterparts, once peace terms have been decided in your lovely city.
