As the infamous "King" Zog has been captured, with reports from the Italian Royal Army claiming he attempted to flee with many of the nations valuables, and the majority of Albania freed from his influence, the Kingdom of Italy has the honor of re-proclaiming the Princedom of Albania. In Tirana, with many commanders of the Italian liberation and many influential Albanians in attendance, Prince Ferdinando Umberto Filippo Adalberto di Savoia-Genoa, Prince of Udine, was re crowned as the Prince of Albania, by Grace of God, Long May He Reign! With the Prince restored to his throne, he has created a personal Royal Guard, who swear to "Protect His Majesty, Prince Ferdinando's person and property, as well as his rule in Albania with our lives", these men shall number 500 and be personally equipped by the Italian Royal Army.These men shall be personally chosen by Prime Minister Balbo and consist of devoutly fascist Italians and Albanians, in order to ensure that Albania shall remain in fascist hands. Another matter the Prince has taken into account, is the recreation of the Principalities government, and with it's restoration, he has named a new Prime Minister and a new political party, the " Partia Fashiste e Shqipërisë" or the Albanian Fascist Party, with it's head Tefik Mborja taking position as Prime Minister. The party promises to restore unity to Albania, and see her into a new golden age, with all the Albanian people under their banner! In truth, this party has had it's leadership handpicked by the Italian government, as men who are loyal to the ideas of Fascism, and willing to cooperate with the Italian government, who have begun funneling money to allow them to begin campaigning among the people, gaining the public's support.

As the Albanian government needs time to return to proper functions, as well as expelling any remaining vestiges of the coward Zog, the Kingdom of Italy shall take it upon herself to take care of Albania's foreign affairs. This shall allow the Princedom to focus entirely on rebuilding after the negligent reign of Zog allowed certain areas to fall into disrepair. As the first matter of foreign policy, the Princedom of Albania shall formally resign from the pact known as the "Little Entente, citing the fact that the Little Entente was content to sit and allow the usurper Zog to overthrow the rightful government while only Italy stood up to restore the proper Albanian government. As such, Albania no longer sees any benefit to remaining in such a group, and formally withdraws from this pact, declaring that it no longer holds any responsibility to the other members of the pact.
