Sword related: where can I acquire a legitimate iron war fan?

Hi, I've been interested in getting a metal war fan for a while but have no idea where to acquire one. I've searched online and everything I see looks like a cheap PoS; not even good for cooling off with. Could I please be directed to where I could purchase a durable functional war fan?
Also related: is there something I can search to figure out where to possibly get martial arts training with this thing? It seems pretty niche so do not have high hopes in that area, but I thought I might as well ask.
