Hey folks, (if im in the wrong subreddit please redirect me)

My quest has led me here. Ive been looking to buy a katana. Does anyone have a site that is reputable? I've purchased cheap-o mall swords in the past which are purely decorative and dont last long (i mean what do you expect from a $30 blade). I have done a little research, but maybe, you guys can correct me of im wrong. From what ive seen online, i know im interested in a 1095 folded steel blade (not sure if there are better types for "cheap"), full tang, and (i guess what a lot of sites call it) battle ready. So does anyone have a site they would recommend and is 1095 folded steel worth it?

No, i dont plan on using it for evil intentions or personal defense. Yes, i would like to have a full weighted Katana strictly to display.
