Anyone Get Dropped from TW After the Update?

I am usually the first in my guild to sign up for Raids and TWs but when I logged in this morning to place my teams, I was not in TW.

Now there is a chance that I was simply a dumbass and did not sign up, but I was in talks with a new player and urged them to join before the window closed, so I am almost positive I did sign up for the TW with both my toons, but neither one of them is in it now, and I am wondering if I am simply having an Alzheimer's moment or if anyone else had this happen.

Did anyone else sign up (or think they signed up and now have doubts) only to discover they are not in their guild's TW?
