Counter Bastila Jedi

I am still running Palp’s Sith nightmare (zzPalp, zVader U, zzThrawn, zSion, Nihilus) in arena, can get top 100-200 daily. There are lots of zBastila Jedi, a few odd NS, FO, or Sith/Empire teams that appear. Is there a reason why I am seeing more Empire based team here, (Palp, Vader, Thrawn, Tarkin, TFP, Magmatrooper, etc)? Mirror matches are a bit of a struggle, but any non-Nihilus/zSion duality is really easy. Is the Empire heavy Palp team a better counter to zBastila teams? Even without a tank?
