We all know CG is likely to announce the details of the event when the Vets go f2p like they did with Phoenix.
So here is your notice. If you want Jedi Rey I would buy the vets from shipments with daily crystal income and stockpile all currency tokens.
In a month when we get barely any notice and everyone says "CG if you would have given us 3 days notice we could unlock Jedi Rey!" link them to this post.
Of course there is no guarantee you can get them to 7star in time even if you get rank 1 in Squad and fleet arena daily then farm like crazy once f2p, but this will give you the best chance to succeed.
