Brake Questions?

I’m looking to upgrade the mechanical stock brakes to hydraulic. I recently added another battery and the weight is not helping the not so robust stock system. I want to upgrade to hydraulic. Is there such thing as a mechanical operated hydraulic brake? So I won’t have to get new levers or lose my motor cutoff when brakes are applied. Or what do you guys have and recommend, for Hydraulic brakes? Not looking to spend too much but will consider higher prices. Pic for attention (my zip)
