With Anya, Julia, and Mattie being a big part of the Madame Web movie, I'd like to use this movie as a chance to get into these characters in the comics. What are some good recommendations you can give? I'm especially looking for solo runs.

Left a couple of links to different runs in a reply to sassy's comment but there was also a novel recently published about Anya and Miguel O'Hara (Spider-Man 2099) that you might want to check out if you're interested in it: https://www.amazon.com/Araña-Spider-Man-2099-Dark-Tomorrow/dp/1368079008

Mattie got a small solo as well: https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Spider-Woman_Vol_3
Arachne is Julia btw, Anya went by Araña. And she did also have a small solo as well before the Spider-Girl run but after her initial 6 issue arc from Amazing Fantasy: https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Araña:_The_Heart_of_the_Spider_Vol_1
Julia herself joined the West Coast Avengers around issue 72 iirc and had a mini-series of her own: https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Spider-Woman_Vol_2
She later joined former members of the WCA when they formed Force Works as well: https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Force_Works_Vol_1
