Ava, Carlie and Randy should be Peter's cast of new friends when met at ESU. Knowing both studio adapted the Devil’s Reign story, where Fisk becomes Mayor and outlaws vigilantes in New York City. This would give us the fights scene between Spider-Man and the criminals
