Proof Scopely are liars about buffs

So the max cargo of the meridian is 126.15k when first build. That’s the base number. There can’t be any dispute about that. Now apply a Stonn officer who is supposed to increase max cargo by 25%. 126,150 x 25% = 31.5375 or 156,6875. And yet when I applied it, the max cargo only increased to 147.9k … so all of you who claim it’s the base number causing the discrepancies. What say you??!
