Just recovered from yeast infection. Itchy rash.

I have had 5 new sexual partners in the past few months. Have been receiving unprotected oral but condom for everything else. The itch and rash disappeared after I took diflucan and used anti fungal cream. Felt itchy and sweaty again after wearing a thong yesterday and now it’s back. Getting STD test on Thursday but feeling paranoid.
Update for future searchers: It’s HSV-1. Confirmed by doctor.
